Joint activities of market surveillance authorities 市場監督機關之聯合行動

1. Market surveillance authorities may agree with other relevant authorities or with organisations representing economic operators or end users on the carrying out of joint activities aimed at ensuring compliance, identifying non-compliance, raising awareness or providing guidance in relation to this Regulation and specific categories of products with digital elements, in particular categories of products with digital elements that are often found to present a significant cybersecurity risk.

2. The Commission shall facilitate the cooperation between the market surveillance authorities. The Commission and the relevant market surveillance authorities or, where applicable, the cooperating market surveillance authorities of the Member States shall make the agreement on joint activities, including the names of the parties involved, available to the public.
