Notifying authorities 通報機關
Member State authorities responsible for assessing, designating, and monitoring conformity assessment bodies (notified bodies) under the CRA. 負責評估、指定、監督 CRA 下合規評鑑機構（指定機構）的會員國機關。

Article 36 Notifying authorities 1. Each Member State shall designate a notifying authority that shall be responsible for setting up and carrying out the necessary procedures for the assessment, designation and notification of conformity assessment bodies and their monitoring, including compliance with Article 41.
2. Member States may decide that the assessment and monitoring referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out by a national accreditation body within the meaning of and in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 765/2008.
3. Where the notifying authority delegates or otherwise entrusts the assessment, notification or monitoring referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article to a body which is not a governmental entity, that body shall be a legal entity and shall comply mutatis mutandis with Article 37. In addition, it shall have arrangements in place to cover liabilities arising from its activities.
4. The notifying authority shall take full responsibility for the tasks performed by the body referred to in paragraph 3.
第 36 條 通報機關
1. 各會員國應指派通報機關，負責建立並執行對合規評鑑機構進行評估、指派與通報所必要之程序，及對其進行監督，包括第 41 條之合規。
2. 會員國得決定第 1 項所指之評估與監督由依《法規 (EC) No 765/2008》之規定且符合該法規所稱之國家認證機構執行。
3. 通報機關將本條第 1 項所指之評估、通報或監督委由非政府實體執行時，該實體應為法人、應比照第 37 條之規定。此外，該實體應有妥善安排以涵蓋因其活動所生之責任。
4. 通報機關應對第 3 項所指之實體所執行任務、負完全責任。
