Member States notify the Commission and other Member States of conformity assessment bodies authorised to carry out third-party CRA conformity assessments. 會員國應將獲授權執行 CRA 第三方合規評鑑之合規評鑑機構通報執委會與其他會員國。

1. Member States shall notify the Commission and the other Member States of bodies authorised to carry out third-party conformity assessment under this Regulation.
2. Where appropriate, the Commission and the Member States shall ensure that there is a sufficient number of notified bodies in the Union to carry out the conformity assessment activities, in such a way as to avoid bottlenecks and hindrances to market entry.
1. 會員國應將獲授權執行本法規下第三方合規評鑑之機構、通報執委會與其他會員國。
2. 執委會與會員國應於適當時、確保歐盟內有足夠數量之指定機構執行合規評鑑活動，以避免瓶頸與市場進入之阻礙。
