Mutual recognition agreements 相互承認協議
The Commission may propose Council mandates to negotiate mutual recognition agreements with third countries. 執委會得提議理事會授權與第三國談判相互承認協議。

Taking into account the level of technical development and the approach to conformity assessment in third countries, the Commission may propose to the Council to authorise the opening of negotiations with a view to the conclusion of agreements on the mutual recognition of conformity assessment of products with digital elements covered by this Regulation with third countries, in accordance with Article 218 TFEU, in order to promote and facilitate international trade.
執委會考量第三國之技術發展水準與合規評鑑方法後，得依《歐盟運作條約》第 218 條向理事會提議授權、開啟與第三國就本法規所涵蓋具數位元素產品之合規評鑑相互承認協議之談判，以促進並便利國際貿易。
