Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 《法規 (EU) 168/2013》之修訂
Excludes products with digital elements within CRA scope from cybersecurity requirements under Regulation 168/2013 (two- or three-wheeled vehicles), to avoid duplication. 將 CRA 範圍內之具數位元素產品自《法規 168/2013》（二輪或三輪車輛）之網路安全要求排除、避免重複。

In Article 22 of Regulation (EU) No 168/2013, the following paragraph is added:
"5. As regards essential cybersecurity requirements applicable to products with digital elements within the meaning of Article 3, point (1), of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which are subject to this Regulation, manufacturers of vehicles of categories L1e, L2e and L6e shall ensure compliance with the essential cybersecurity requirements set out in Annex I to that Regulation."
於《法規 (EU) 168/2013》第 22 條新增下列項：
「5. 就《歐洲議會與理事會法規 (EU) 2024/2847》第 3 條第 (1) 款所指、且受本法規規範之具數位元素產品適用之基本網路安全要求、L1e、L2e、L6e 類別車輛之製造商應確保符合該法規附件一所定基本網路安全要求。」
