Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 《法規 (EU) 2019/1020》之修訂

In Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, the following point is added:
"71. Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on horizontal cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements and amending Regulations (EU) No 168/2013 and (EU) No 2019/1020 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (Cyber Resilience Act) (OJ L, 2024/2847, 20.11.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/2847/oj)."
於《法規 (EU) 2019/1020》附件一新增下列項目：
「71. 2024 年 10 月 23 日《歐洲議會與理事會法規 (EU) 2024/2847》關於具數位元素產品橫向網路安全要求、修訂《法規 (EU) 168/2013》與《法規 (EU) 2019/1020》以及《指令 (EU) 2020/1828》（網路韌性法）（OJ L, 2024/2847, 20.11.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/2847/oj）。」
