The Commission assigns identification numbers and maintains the public list of notified bodies on NANDO. 執委會為指定機構配發識別號碼、並在 NANDO 上維護公開名單。

Article 44 Identification numbers and lists of notified bodies 1. The Commission shall assign an identification number to a notified body. It shall assign a single such number even where the body is notified under several Union legal acts.
2. The Commission shall make publicly available the list of the bodies notified under this Regulation, including the identification numbers that have been allocated to them and the activities for which they have been notified. The Commission shall ensure that that list is kept up to date.
第 44 條 指定機構之識別號碼與名單
1. 執委會應指派識別號碼予指定機構。即使該機構依多個歐盟法律行為被通報，亦僅指派單一識別號碼。
2. 執委會應公開依本法規所通報之指定機構名單，含已指派之識別號碼，及其依其完成通報之活動。執委會應確保該名單持續更新。
