Information obligation on notifying authorities 通報機關之資訊義務
Notifying authorities inform the Commission of national procedures for the assessment, notification, and monitoring of notified bodies; the Commission makes this information public. 通報機關應將其指定機構之評估、通報、監督國家程序通知執委會；執委會應公開該等資訊。

Member States shall inform the Commission of their procedures for the assessment and notification of conformity assessment bodies and the monitoring of notified bodies, and of any changes thereto. The Commission shall make that information publicly available.
會員國應將其合規評鑑機構之評估與通報程序、以及指定機構之監督程序、及其任何變更通知執委會。執委會應將該等資訊公開。
