Enhancing skills in a cyber resilient digital environment 網路韌性數位環境之技能強化
Member States, with Commission support, take measures to promote cybersecurity skills development, training, and labour market participation. 會員國於執委會支持下、採取措施促進網路安全技能開發、訓練、與勞動市場參與。

For the purposes of this Regulation and in order to enhance the deployment of products with digital elements that comply with the cybersecurity requirements set out in this Regulation, Member States shall pursue policies that:
(a) support the development of cybersecurity skills and the necessary technical capabilities;
(b) advance the upskilling and reskilling and where appropriate the retraining of the workforce, and the corresponding training programmes; and
(c) promote attracting people, in particular women, to access jobs in the cybersecurity sector.
為實現本法規目的並推動符合本法規網路安全要求之具數位元素產品的部署，會員國應推行下列政策：
(a) 支持網路安全技能與必要技術能力之開發；
(b) 推進勞動力之技能升級、重新培訓、必要時的再訓練、以及相應之訓練計畫；以及
(c) 促進吸引人員（特別是女性）進入網路安全領域工作。
